Specification and Quotation of materials
1. Exclusions:
• Building permissions expenses, completion certificate, Deposit to Hescom for
taking load temporary/final, the owner would be only called upon to meet the
expenses for the mentioned work.
2. Specification :
• The plinth shall be at least 2’6” ft above Ground level.
Outside walls 9” and inside wall 4” thickness or as provided in the plan
drawings.
Loft on Bath Room for storage.
Slab height 10’
Parapet wall 3ft above the slab.
Extension of slab like balcony is 75% of the rate.
2 coats of plaster for outside walls and for the inside wall there will be fine finish
plaster wall putty.
3. MaterialDetials
• Cement: Good quality cement of 43 GRADE shall be used (preferably Bharti, CCI,
Bangur, or any other cement of costing between Rs280/- to 330/-).
• Bricks: Red Bricks of good quality of Rs 5.50/-
• Sand: Good Quality of Koppal M-sand will be provided.
• Aggregate: Good Quality of Local Khadi will be provided
Steel: TMT bars of Kamadhenu TMT or similar quality of bars shall be used.
• Wood: Teak wood will be used for main door and frame of section size
5” X3” and inside frame and door of Honni wood or similar of size 5” X2.5”
will be used, interior shutters shall be of good quality waterproof flush door
moulded.
• All internal and exterior doors shall be made as per the detailed design to be
provided by the Architect.
• All windows shall be manufactured and installed as per the detailed design to be
provided by the Architect.
• Windows shall be covered with the grill of 10mm, 12mm bars with Patti and shall
be covered with aluminium powder-coated shutters.
• Electrical:
Concealed wiring with sufficient electrical points as per architectural drawings
(not included at this time), including 15 amps points for
Refrigerator/Geyser/Kitchen Katta, T.V.point for wall unit and Master Bedroom
, Inverter point,
Motor point for underground sump,
Aqua-Guard Point in kitchen,
Sufficient electrical points on kitchen platform including the point for chimney
and Hob,
Telephone points in bed rooms and hall,
Socket for computer on study table,
The original Polycab wire and Modular switches shall be used.
Doorbell and Sufficient light points to be provided outside the building.
• Plumbing: The plumbing lines of CPVC/APVC to be used,
All the bathrooms shall be fitted with Hot and cold Mixers with overhead
showers.
Floor mounted commodes in bathrooms (Up to Rs4000/-) if needed.
CP fitting of Good Quality will be provided.
Sanitary ware of Sonara, or equivalent.
Solar pipeline to be provided.
1 Sintex tank of 1000 ltrs for corporation water Or bore water will be
provided.
One tap of corporation water or bore water to be provided on kitchen katta and
utility.
Aqua guard point in the kitchen.
The line from the sump to overhead tank.
• Flooring: 2X2 vitrified flooring tiles for all carpeted area of rate Rs.45 per sq.feet
For kitchen platform Kadapa with Granite top with Kadapa Stand and Steel
sink of 18” X18” , 2’x1’ ceramic tiles in the kitchen wall, Kadpa shelfs in
kitchen.
Antiskid flooring for bathrooms.
7’ height tiles in bathrooms of ceramic tiles of 12” X24”.
7’ height tiles in WC.
Main door wall tiles will be provided.
• Painting: Two coats of wall care for internal walls and ceiling
Two coats of tractor emulsion painting for inside walls (Asian tractor emulsion.)
Lambi finish with stain emulsion painting for door frames and back door
Two coats of stain emulsion painting for molded doors.
Melamine polish for main door and frame.
Ace exterior emulsion painting for external walls colour as per drawings.
4 Total Area and Price:
The total area of the building is 600Sqft and price shall
be at Rs. 1550 per sq feet.
